The basic unit of school is Classroom. Our Classrooms apart from satisfying fulfill the minimum requirement of space, fittings and furniture and are designed to meet the adequate functional and environmental requirements. The indicative Student classroom ratio is 30:1 (for Primary level), 35:1 (for Upper Primary Level) and 40:1 (for Secondary level) and the design of the Classroom is 25 feet X 15 feet with 10 feet Varandah.
Digital Classrooms have been creating a revolution in the educational sector. Our digital classrooms are Embedded with modern day technologies, such interactive classrooms offer a friendly environment to the students where they may clear all their concepts while having endless fun. Benefits of digital classrooms are a lot more than one can ever think of. They are ideal for educating the little angels about the most basic rules of learning and also help them in retaining their knowledge. They have not only changed the perspective of students towards studying but have also helped the teachers in preparing dynamic multi-media lessons which can be interesting for students. ICT lab of our school enables students to have vast knowledge from different fields with a click on button. It also helps them to have access of the whole world sitting within the four boundaries of our ICT lab. Adequate facilities of technical devices along with internet facility help them to perform so.
The role of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the education sector plays an important role, especially in the process of empowering the technology into the educational activities. Education sector can be the most effective sector to anticipate and eliminate the negative impact of ICT. Technology in another side can be the most effective way to increase the student’s knowledge. The use of ICT in education adds value to teaching and learning, by enhancing the effectiveness of learning. It added a dimension to learning that was not previously available. After the inception of ICT in schools, students found learning in a technology enhanced environment more stimulating and engaging than in a traditional classroom environment.
Science lab supplies are fundamental objects for a school which we have in sufficient numbers. Theory based learning is not sufficient to have clarity about Science as it is different from other subjects. In order to understand its concepts, one has to look beyond the books and conventional classroom teaching.
Effective teaching and learning of science involves seeing, handling, and manipulating real objects and materials. The knowledge that kids attain in classrooms would be ineffectual unless they actually observe the process and understand the relationship between action and reaction. To perform so we have expert faculties to guide them within the lab.
We have properly trained Arts and Crafts mentor to impose aesthetic sense. Conducting of regular arts and crafts events attract our students to participate with great enthusiasm.
To get rid of stage fear and to have communication proficiency our school organise several cultural programmes with lot of events like, folk dance, staging of play, poetry recitation, debate and discourse, mime action etc.
Learning process should be interesting one which encourages students to come to school and to be active in all activities to have all round upliftment. To meet individual interest adequate sports supplies are arranged and installed for all age groups.
Seesaw, Merry-Go-Round, Climbers etc. are installed within the campus to meet individual needs of children. Under the guidance of physical education instructor volleyball ground is prepared to pave the path of students’ career. Children get proper theoritical and practical training there.
Within the premises separate Tennis Courts for boys and girls are also made to enable them to be healthy and to put first step to choose their career.
To have expansion of knowledge in serene environment children have the free access of updated academic, non-academic, spiritual, classic literature in our physical and digital library.
Separate hostel facilities for boys and girls with strength of 100 and 200 respectively are available within the campus. More than 10 educational devotees from different part of the country reside within the campus and provide exquisite care for hostel students.
School hostel authority is very conscious about nutritional value of children. And to meet so they are provided healthy diet with proper nutrition. When the world has to compromise with the poisonous vegetables, hostel authority provides organic vegetables grown within the campus. Beside it, authority also provides ‘Pure Desi cow milk’ to hostel students regularly.
